Massachusetts Day at Squam Lakes Natural Science Center


Holderness, NH – Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness, NH invites Massachusetts residents to enjoy a discounted day on the animal exhibit trail at Massachusetts Day, Saturday, June 23.

Massachusetts Day is as a way for Massachusetts residents to get nearer to nature with discounted trail admission to the Gephart Exhibit Trail at Squam Lakes Natural Science Center. Massachusetts residents receive half off trail admission; Adults/ $7.50, Youth/ $5.00. Regular admission rates are $15 for adults, $10 for youth (ages 3 to 15), and children 2 and under are free. Visitors will see live native New Hampshire animals including red fox, skunk, bobcat, mountain lion, white-tailed deer, river otter, black bear, owls, hawks, and eagles in natural enclosures along the three-quarter mile Gephart Exhibit Trail. The Gephart Exhibit Trail is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the last trail admission at 3:30 p.m.

Visitors can make a day of it with a visit to Kirkwood Gardens at the Science Center or enjoy a Science Center Lake Cruise on pristine Squam Lake. Massachusetts residents should have a valid Massachusetts photo ID to receive discounted admission.
